Involved from Deal Qualification to Contract Signature, Sales to Delivery Handover and for a limited period in the execution to provide continuityResponsible for development of the end-to-end solution (Transformation, Transition and Run) covering multiple service lines and/or technology domain

Should heave deep cloud solutions experience in :Cloud Migration Planning, estimation and solutionPlatform SelectionIntegration and ConnectivityApplication Migration and ModernizationSecurity and ComplianceCloud Cost estimations and pre-sales exposureOwns internal stakeholder management and visibility of core solution related metrics to approversSupports Sales Lead in pre-qualification activities, including ROM costing and early solution shaping as appropriateDevelops solution & response strategy, standard versus non-standard approach, aligned to the sales strategy. Clearly communicates to all bid team members.Ensures all client requirements are analyzed and distributed for solutioning, without gaps or duplicationDesigns the solution and ensures the relevant solution artefacts are completed in line with global processExcellent understanding of the competitor landscape, providing insight into the sales plan on how to beat competitionProvide expertise on commercially structuring deals to differentiate from the competitionWorks with Deal Analyst to set up commercial modeling tools and create pricing structure; communicates structure & tagging strategyReviews and inputs to the contract schedules, SoW and SLA among other documentsSupports Tower Lead with 3rd parties direct engagements when neededContributes to proposal writing and guides the bid team on alignment to sales strategy, themes, scoring mechanismEnsures Solution Approval in a timely mannerLeads the solution team in all client-facing interactionsSupports Commercial Lead with negotiation of solution related schedules (SoW, SLA etc.)Manages solution team and ensures solution related deliverables are completedIdentifies and adds to the response and other capabilities that will bring value to the opportunity and/or show Capgemini capabilityEnsures the solution and commercials are sustainable for the future, with ability to grow and upsellIdentifies and documents potential areas for upsell that have been discussed with client and handover to Account TeamSkills & Experience:10+ Years experience Cloud solutioning Small/Medium/Large (5M-100M+) multi-tower, pre-sales initiatives.10+ Years of AWS, Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) architecture experience10+ Years of Understanding of hybrid cloud solutions and experience of integrating public cloud into tradition hosting/delivery modelsStrong understanding of cloud migration techniques (on premise to Cloud Platforms)Configuration and deployment experience with a mix of the following:AWS apps technologies such as RDS, Elastic BeanstalkAzure, Google Cloud or AWS IaaS TechnologiesDeployed applications with Web UI frontendsDeployed application with RESTful/SOAP services interfacesExperience building private AMI s on VPC sLAMP Stack and Linux experienceHigh Availability and Disaster recovery implementationsExperience of designing and implementing application and infrastructure monitoring solutionsExperience architecting and deploying multi-tiered applications.Experience in architecting security architectures across infrastructure and applicationsExperience building and deploying multi-tier, scalable, and highly available applications using Java, Microsoft and Database technologiesExperience in performance tuning, including the following: load balancing, web servers, content delivery Networks, Caching (Content and API)Good understanding of application architecturesDemonstrable experience in the elicitation & specification of architectural, functional, and non-functional requirementsA good appreciation of the cost drivers in systems delivery and operations and the commercial consequences of the technical decisions made by you and/or othersAbility to develop productive client relationships at different management levels and identify and develop opportunities for new businessAbout CapgeminiCapgemini is a global leader in partnering with companies to transform and manage their business by harnessing the power of technology.
