This role is for a product manager with experience in the RF communication market and a proven track record of defining and launching profitable new products to market that drive revenue growth.

As a Product Manager based in Morgan Hill, CA you will have responsibility for product managing existing products and defining new products in our markets for handheld RF measurements. This will be achieved by developing a deep understanding of our markets and using this insight to define and propose product roadmaps and new products.


Key Responsibilities include:

  • Creation and maintenance of business development plans for each product line.
  • Track global market trends.
  • Regular contact with key customers in domestic and international markets.
  • Define: product, price, promotion, positioning strategy, development, and implementation.
  • Create product definitions, product requirement documents, new product introduction, product ramp-up, maintenance, obsolescence.
  • Development and delivery of sales tools including data sheets, brochures, advertising, web content, sales training, customer training, demo procedures, competitive analyses, and applications notes.
  • Monitor competitive activities and propose counter measures.
  • Reporting to the Marketing Manager based in Morgan Hill.
  • Willing to travel and learn new technologies and applications.
