Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Senior Administrative Assistant to support the Director at our client's non-profit organization. The ideal candidate will have strong technology, interpersonal, and communication skills!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Manage and maintain the Director's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements with precision.
- Organize and coordinate events, meetings, and conferences, including preparing agendas, materials, and meeting minutes.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of professionalism.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the Director.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Develop and maintain efficient filing and organizational systems for both electronic and paper documents.
- Assist in special projects and perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree preferred with 3-5 years of experience, or equivalent administrative experience (5+ years).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Proven experience in calendar management and scheduling.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
