Horizon Commercial Pools is seeking a Project Manager to join our renovation team. Swimming pool renovation combines multiple skill sets of traditional construction projects including plaster, tile, sandblasting and plumbing all with the same project management expectations that clients expect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of the renovation process to ensure profitable, quality work including budget, proposal, contract, plan and subcontractors.
- Responsible for quality control of the project and ensuring completion of all required inspections.
- Develop, update and track renovation schedule.
- Maintain jobsite paperwork.
- Enforce jobsite safety requirements.
- Create a positive, and professional relationship with employees, owners, vendors and contractors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or similar preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience managing swimming pool renovation projects, project management or equivalent construction management or equivalent experience.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage budgets, schedules and timelines.
- Knowledge of swimming pool construction, renovation techniques, materials and equipment.
- Demonstrated time management and organization skills.
- Microsoft Office proficiency: Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams. Experience using Buildertrend, a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is also a plus.
Compensation details: 80000-95000 Yearly Salary
