Technical Source is currently in search of an Automation Engineer for an equipment manufacturing client that services the Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry. This is a full-time opportunity that will require on-site work in the Greenville-Washington, NC area. Some travel may be required for this position.
Responsibilities of the Automation Engineer include:
- Design Automated Controls Systems
- Program and Troubleshoot PLC's (Rockwell Preferred)
- Produce Documentation per FDA/GMP Guidelines
- Support Engineers, Technicians, and Clients on Controls Related Issues
Qualifications of the Automation Engineer include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Related Field
- 3+ Years of Automation Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
- Extensive Knowledge of Rockwell Controls Systems
- SCADA Experience
