Position Summary:

We are seeking a visionary Chief People Officer (CPO) to join our executive leadership team. The CPO will play a critical role in shaping our corporate culture, developing talent, and leading strategic human resource initiatives that align with our rapid growth and expansion plans. This role requires a leader who is passionate about people management and capable of bringing innovative HR solutions to scale our workforce effectively.

Strategic Leadership:

    • Develop and execute a cohesive HR strategy that supports the company's growth, culture, and business objectives.
    • Lead the development of HR policies and programs that drive performance, engagement, and retention.
Talent Development:
    • Build robust talent management frameworks to attract, develop, retain, and promote top talent across all levels of the organization.
    • Implement comprehensive training and development programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
Culture Champion:
    • Act as a guardian and cultivator of the company culture, ensuring it evolves with our growth while maintaining core values and employee engagement.
    • Promote a diverse and inclusive workplace that fosters innovation and collaboration.
Acquisition Integration:
    • Smoothly integrate talent and HR practices from newly acquired companies, aligning them with existing standards and culture.
    • Develop strategies to manage change effectively and maintain employee morale during transitions.
HR Operations:
    • Oversee all aspects of human resource management, including recruitment, compensation, benefits, performance management, and compliance.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and improve HR processes.
Executive Advising:
    • Serve as a key advisor to the CEO and executive team on all matters related to people management.
    • Provide strategic counsel on organizational design, succession planning, and workforce planning.
Qualifications:
    • Proven experience leading HR/People at a Director/VP or C-Level in a fast-growing and changing organization.
    • Experienced best-in-class HR operations in a large or sophisticated environment.
    • Experience managing the HR/People side of integration during M&A.
    • Strong understanding of HR legislation, compliance, and best practices.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills with an emphasis on negotiation and influence.
    • Strategic business acumen and the ability to connect People strategy to operational growth.
    • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
