RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for providing good guest service to all customers.

Responsible for ensuring all food and beverage products are rotated and served in a quick and neat fashion.

Responsible for cleaning the floor, counter, and machines in the restaurant area.

Keeping an accurate count of all money and comps received for customers.

Ordering and stocking food and beverage items for Express concessions.

Monitor and adjust performance to local competition.

Ensure the safety and security of guest and employees.

Other duties as assigned.

EQUIPMENT/TECHNICAL

Use of oven, fryer and warmer, drink machine, popcorn machine, hot dog machine, po-boy press, refrigerator, small steam tables, register, and credit card machine.

WORK AREA

Deli service bar. Exposed to high noise levels, varied temperatures, smoke, wet floors, hot items, and steam. Casino environment exposed to smoke, bright lights, and noise. May include a boat and/or floating barge. High rise hotel and atrium.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Walking/Standing 90%

Bending/Lifting 10% (overhead, arms length, up to 30 lbs.)

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required. Culinary arts courses. One year food service experience preferred. Alcohol Beverage Card required.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES

Ability to use a cash register, credit card machine, point of sale machine, restaurant bar equipment, and kitchen equipment. Knowledge of health regulations and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).

Public relation skills needed.

GUEST RELATIONS

Always maintain a pleasant, friendly and welcoming attitude. Have complete knowledge of all special events and promotional activities and facilities available to guest.

Follow all instructions and training of the Family Style Service Customer Service Program.
