The Employee/ Labor Relations Specialist collaborates with Sr. Director of Employee and Labor Relations to provide expertise and guidance to all levels of management related to employee and labor relations issues. Education, License & Cert: Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or equivalent work experience is required. Masters Degree in HR or related field is preferred. Experience: Minimum 2 years HR related experience in an employee relations, labor relations, or HR Generalist role. Preference will be given to those candidates with experience specific to healthcare. Essential Functions: 1. Provide guidance to managers on policies and labor relations, including conducting sensitive investigations and monitoring disciplinary procedures. 2. Knowledgeable of all Guthrie Policies and Procedures, organizational structure and operations, including employee substance abuse policy. Provides training to managers on HR policies. 3.
