JOB GOAL(S): To be visible and provide leadership among the extracurricular programs so that all students may have a positive experience in extracurricular and academics.

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Observe coaches on and off the field or court in order to make any recommendations to the Student Support Specialist.
Assume responsibility for the facilities when on duty.
Keep the Student Support Specialist informed of any and all matters related to the extracurricular activities program.
Supervise assigned competitions home and away.
Make recommendations on facility improvements to the Student Support Specialist.
Responsible for evaluation and observation of all facilities in regard to safety concerns and informs the Student Support Specialist of recommended changes.
Assist in the collection of fundraising requests and final budgets from coaches and sponsors in assigned activities and turn in to the Student Support Specialist as well as the required paperwork.
Pick up money boxes from the bookkeeper when assigned to events and collect the gate and concession money boxes at the conclusion of the assigned event. Count money and complete paperwork before turning in the boxes the next morning.
Attend Booster Club and individual sport parent meetings as requested by the Student Support Specialist or Principal.
Participate in the evaluation and implementation of Title IX policies to ensure complianc
Collect eligibility sheets from teachers and check student grades for eligibility as set forth by the KHSAA and the SCBE.
Collect data and complete the proper paperwork in regard to local, state, national and NCAA opportunities for financial aid for qualified students, when assigned by Student Support Specialist.
Collect necessary documents to determine what students qualify for academic all-state awards.
Collect data from coaches in order to complete the required KHSAA annual participation list.
Represent the school in meetings in the absence of the Student Support Specialist as needed.
Secure all physicals and insurance forms required for the particular extracurricular activity.
Serve as the "point of contact" for assigned activities (academic teams, athletics, band, etc.).
Work with the Student Support Specialist to secure workers and officials needed for a particular extracurricular activity.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Principal or Student Support Specialist.
