The Parking Enforcement Monitor is a highly visible position in the Parking Department for The City of Frederick. This individual performs routine parking enforcement work in a designated area of the City in accordance with state laws, City ordinances and codes, and departmental rules and regulations. The Parking Enforcement Monitor works within City limits where parking is limited, monitoring parking areas by vehicle and on foot, and issuing parking citations to members of the public, tracking broken parking meters and missing traffic signals and signs, and reporting these findings to the appropriate individual. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Patrols assigned area of the City by vehicle and on foot to ensure public compliance with existing parking regulations.
