Administration Fort Myers, Florida Minimum Experience **Experienced** Compensation **$18.00-$20.00** As a Customer Service Representative , CSR you will act as a liaison, provide product information, and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency. The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. Theyre patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk. Customer Service Rep's can put themselves in their customers shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Customer feedback is priceless, and CSRs are the solution to that feedback. Problem-solving comes naturally to CSR. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they dont have enough information to resolve customer complaints. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

This is a customer-oriented position. We need someone that has a minimum of two years recent customer service experience. This is not a remote position.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

* Ability to actively listen provide support and information, take ownership of customers issues, and follow problems through to resolution.

* Answer customer inquiries quickly and efficiently through a variety of platforms including email, online chat, telephone, and possibly other social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.

* Process various customer service transactions including orders, returns, refunds, exchanges, within the appropriate software platform.

* Process customer inquiries in a timely manner with accurate information and a positive tone of voice whether written or verbal.

* Use knowledge of NSC products to answer inquiries

* Help drive continuous improvement of our business systems and processes.

* Problem-solving skills the ability to solve problems is just as integral to a chat agent's work as solid communication skills. When presented with a problem, chat agents must be able to find a solution calmly and efficiently, even if the customer is impatient or disgruntled

* Have great communication skills to be able to explain complex concepts clearly and efficiently.

* Ability to learn new systems and platforms to better understand, manage, and support customers

* Have professional spoken and written English

* Experience with Microsoft Office Products, most specifically Email and Excel knowledge

Education/Experience:

* 2 years related experience; customer service, online chat, or e-commerce experience preferred.

* Strong customer service skills with a positive, enthusiastic, and energetic attitude.

* Proficiency with on-line chat, social media, and web-based platforms.

* Good computer skills with various transactional platforms for the processing of orders, returns, refunds, etc.

* Detail oriented with strong writing, analytical and organizational skills.

* Adaptable with the ability to multitask concurrent priorities in an organized manner.

* Great people skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
