Job Details

Job Duties:First point of escalation for field technicians. Provide technical assistance for successful installations. Document installation details, issues, resolutions, and follow-ups. Resolve installation issues and assess their impact. Escalate issues to appropriate contacts. Monitor site progress and conduct follow-up calls. Assist with troubleshooting using manuals and knowledge bases. Document hardware/software issues and resolutions. Communicate resolutions to the project team. Suggest and review process improvements. Ensure accurate documentation of check-ins, statuses, and tickets. Learn and understand the technology and systems being installed. Maintain regular attendance. Requirements:High School diploma or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, technical support, or project coordination. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt to changing workflows. Self-motivated, independent, and dependable.
