Location: Phillipsburg PA

Shift: 1 stShifts Available 6:30am to 5pm and 7am -5pm
4 days per week

Pay: $18.50
About the Position:

Our Client is a leader in Supply Chain Logistics Distribution. They are a newly located in the Phillipsburg area. As Warehouse Associate you will perform steady and standard workload. The role includes performing various job roles in a rotation, inbound warehouse, outbound warehouse, pick pack, and QA positions available. The role includes picking, packing, sorting shipping, and receiving of various products. They are currently looking to bring on experienced team players to fill an exciting role as a Warehouse Associate. Location and Placement:

• The position will be located in Phillipsburg, NJ
• Shifts available:
• Sunday-Weds
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
• Weds-Saturday
• Saturday -Tuesday
• ALL Workschedules have 2 additional OVERTIME DAYS built into the work week

• Work Hours:
• PRIMARY FULLTIME SHIFTS - 1 STSHIFT @ $18.50/HR
• 6:30AM-5:00PM
• 7:00AM-5:00PM

Dress Code

• Casual Warehouse Attire with comfortable shoes.
• Associate should be able to stand for a 10 hour shift, walk 20,000 steps per day, lift, push, up to 30 pounds repeatedly for a 10 hour shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and put away inventory
• Pack and ship orders according to customer specifications
• Load boxes into trucks for shipment
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Scan and label inventory items
• Organize and store inventory in a safe and efficient manner
• Troubleshoot problems
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized
• Follow all safety procedures
• Report any safety hazards or concerns immediately
• Communicate effectively with other warehouse team members

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or similar environment
• Lift up to 30 pounds
• Push utility cards up to 60 pounds
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks and other gear to move items around
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely
• Must be able to pass a 7 year background check
