Highgate Apartments located in Barre, VT is seeking candidates for a part-time Custodian role. The community consists of 120 units. The work hours are 20 per week, Monday-Friday 8:00am-12:00pm. There is the possibility to work more hours when needed to assist with the turnover of vacant units. Responsibilities include cleaning of the office, bathrooms, kitchen, laundry room, common areas, mechanical rooms, and dumpster areas. Clean apartments for re-occupancy. Perform seasonal groundskeeping work. Removal of trash and setting up/taking down tables and chairs for scheduled events.
Skills & Requirements
Previous custodial experience is preferred, including the use of floor sanding equipment. Basic computer skills is preferred. Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
