What You'll Be Doing

Develop and execute capital expenditure plans for multifamily renovations
Oversee property management teams and maintenance staff
Source and manage contractor relationships
Manage project budgets, schedules, and financials
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality control

About You

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
5+ years of experience in construction project management within real estate project management within the real estate industry with an established general contracting firm or principal investment firm
In-depth knowledge of multifamily construction methods and materials
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
