**Job Description:**

The Receiving Clerk is responsible for the receiving process of coils, raw material, merchandise items, and more.

**Responsibilities**:

On the floor, check shipments as they arrive

Provide receiving status to internal personnel by monitoring shipping information and through communication with vendors

Match packing lists against material being received

Update in SAP as items are received

Troubleshoot paperwork issues

Pack products for return to vendors and fill out any paperwork necessary

* Good understanding through previous experience of the receiving process within a manufacturing environment.

* Ability to spend 50% of day on plant floor (not climate-controlled)

* Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

* Proficient computer skills, including MS office and email.
