The Digital Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in spearheading our digital marketing initiatives. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind developing and implementing comprehensive digital strategies that align with our overall business objectives. As part of a small but dynamic team, you'll wear multiple hats and be a key contributor to our company's growth.


Essential Functions:

  • Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and audience research to define target audiences and inform data-driven campaigns.
  • Craft integrated digital marketing strategies across all relevant channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing, display advertising, etc.)
  • Set clear KPIs, establish realistic budgets, and define timelines for campaigns and projects.
  • Conduct client facing meetings in-person or over video conference.
  • Ensure client satisfaction with regard to areas of opportunities or client needs
  • Partner with the Client Success Coach in creating Annual Strategic Marketing Plans
  • Explain financial information and implications of paid media campaigns to customers.
  • Gather customer or product information to determine customer needs.
  • Recommend digital products or services to customers.
  • Manage up to 15 digital marketing accounts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team (content writers, designers, etc.) to produce high-quality, engaging digital assets.
  • Manage paid media campaigns across platforms, optimizing spend and targeting to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Leverage SEO best practices to enhance organic visibility and drive qualified traffic.
  • Develop and implement email marketing campaigns that nurture leads and support customer journeys.
  • Establish, track, and analyze key performance metrics across all digital channels.
  • Generate insightful reports that clearly demonstrate the impact of digital marketing efforts on business goals.
  • Continuously identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization based on data analysis.
  • Mentor and guide junior marketing team members in the execution of digital campaigns.
  • Share best practices and stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends.
  • Actively collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to achieve common objectives.
  • Ongoing training to increase knowledge in marketing
  • Additional duties as assigned


Required education and experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing strategy development and implementation.
  • Expertise in core digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing.
  • Strong proficiency with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to extract meaningful insights from data.
  • Highly organized with exceptional project management capabilities.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Capable of handling multiple client accounts simultaneously while working in a high-pressure environment
  • Aptitude to generating excitement in prospects to encourage them to invest in their own success.
