The Security Dispatcher is responsible for receiving and dispatching emergency and non-emergency calls for security services, monitoring multiple alarms, and utilizing the Public Address (PA) system to make emergency announcements. Accountable for dispatching of appropriate security personnel and outside agencies, and providing general clerical assistance. Accountabilities 1. Answers all inbound calls and directs them to the appropriate staff. Completes overhead paging in accordance with current policy and procedures ..
