Bacon Rollers supplied with proper sized bacon and correctly and efficiently de-comb and stack bellies. Organize and clean coolers when necessary. Provides appropriate scaling, record keeping and inventory rotation. Pushes out trees of bacon according to average and lot number to designated Bacon Roller. Removes belly from tree asides to table.
