Lateral Link is assisting a sophisticated national "Texas" firm in an effort to grow its IP litigation practice. This team is extremely successful and frequently handles high profile IP litigation for well-known clients. These partners have worked together for most of their careers and have a great camaraderie.
This is an excellent growth opportunity within a thriving practice group, offering a clear path for advancement within the firm. You'll gain invaluable hands-on litigation experience, including conducting depositions and presenting at hearings.
Ideal candidates will have at least 3 or more years of IP litigation experience, specifically focused on patent litigation. Candidates must be able to hit the ground running and be familiar with the pace and expectations of this highly specialized practice. Candidates should possess a technical background, preferably in electrical engineering, computer science, or related field.
This firm is open and happy to relocate attorneys to Texas!
