Location Job Description Johnson Truck Bodies, a Great Dane company located in Rice Lake, WI since 1932, is well-known among leading fleets across the nation for manufacturing temperature-controlled composite distribution equipment and Trail King Trailers.

Along with great benefits, Johnson Truck Bodies also has a 4-day work week! Production schedule runs 4 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday with the occasional overtime on Friday.
The Position: The Production Laborer works on the production line and performs multiple tasks using a variety of hand-held tools and manufacturing equipment. Laborers build components, as well as install and assemble
Truck Bodies in a manufacturing plant environment.
Requirements:
* Ability to use power tools: Reading a tape measure and other measuring tools.
* Working with hands on mechanical tasks.
* Following instructions, given either verbally or in writing.
* Identifying and resolving problems in a timely manner.
* Lift up to 50 pounds
* Squat/kneel, twist/turn, and stand/walk for majority of the day.
* Ability to work in a team-based environment safely.
Additional Preferred qualifications:
Any experience spraying/chopping Fiberglass
Any experience with Carpentry (Assembly/Construction)
Any experience pipe bending and AC or Refrigeration welcome.
Prior manufacturing experience is a plus.
1st and 2nd shift positions available!
Work schedule is 4 10-hour days!
