We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The ideal candidate will be passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. This role involves conducting assessments, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, and providing training and support to families and staff.
Pay: $72,000-$85,000 Based upon experience

Work Location: Colorado Springs, CO
As a BCBA you will:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment data.
- Provide direct supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members.
- Train and support families and caregivers in implementing behavior intervention strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make data-driven decisions to modify plans as needed.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and progress.
- Collaborate with other professionals, including educators, speech therapists, and occupational therapists, to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field of applied behavior analysis.
Must Haves:
- Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- At least two years of experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Experience providing training and supervision to RBTs and other staff.
