Job Details
As an early morning dough maker, you'll work with your hands to create fresh, amazing cookie dough, frostings, glazes and more. With a weekly rotating menu, you'll get to make many different kinds of cookies, keeping it new and fun each week! We start at 6am each day to get ahead before the store opens at 8am.
As a Dough Makers, you'll learn to:
- Make cookie dough the Crumbl Way on 60 quart commercial mixers
- Read and understand Crumbl recipes
- Make frostings, glazes and toppings
- Measure and combine ingredients using mixers, blenders, heat sources and other equipment to make cookies
- Test ingredients, dough and cookies to ensure that items meet Crumbl standards for quality
- Cross train as a baker
