WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Responsible for finished plans, specifications, or approval of materials and construction
- Provides professional architectural consultation in the planning, design, and coordination of large, complex projects.
- Establish productive working relationships, and deal effectively and cooperatively with team members, consultants, and government agencies
- Coordinate projects with team members and consultants for conflicts and discrepancies
- Assist in the preparation of work plans, schedules, meeting minutes
- Coordinate drawings with consultant drawings and specifications
- Assist in review of submittals, shop drawings, respond to RFI s, and preparation of instruction bulletins for changes
- Provides mentorship/Meets regularly with mentor
- May supervise a small staff
- Supervision and guidance mainly concern overall objectives, critical issues, new concepts, and policy matters
WHAT YOU WILL NEED FOR THIS POSITION:
- B.A. Degree in Architecture
- 5 Years Experience in Architecture / 1 year as a Job Captain
- Revit Proficient
- DSA, educational, commercial, civic Project Experience a plus
- Experience in AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu, InDesign, Lumion, Photoshop, Projects, Office helpful
- Other
Employment Type: Permanent / Full Time
Compensation: $85,000 - $95,000 DOE
