**Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
Seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to handle a variety of tasks including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, general maintenance, and steam equipment operations. The role involves troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, managing work order systems, and performing both preventative and corrective maintenance on hot water generators and convertors.

1st (7:00AM - 3:30PM) Sunday - Thursday OR Tuesday - Saturday
