We are currently searching for one full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team in our Commercial division in State College. This position will perform various maintenance tasks for our commercial tenants. Rate - $20 - $23 per hour, dependent upon certifications and experience.
Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Rotating on-call schedule.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Preventative maintenance and light repairs at multiple medical facilities.
- HVAC, electrical and plumbing maintenance.
- Customer service.
- Rotating on-call duties.
- Prior maintenance, construction or general handyman repair experience is preferred.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Working cell phone.
- Valid PA Drivers License and reliable and insured transportation.
- High School Diploma/GED
Compensation details: 20-23 Hourly Wage
