Our client, in Traverse City, MI is seeking a Production Associate to join their team for the 1st shift. As a production associate you will be part of the assembly line, supporting the rest of the line. The ideal candidate will have assembly experience, quality assurance and teamwork, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Production Associate
Location: Traverse City, MI
Shift: 1st (6a-3p - M-F)
Pay Range: $17.50/hr
What's the Job?
Assists in the operation of various machinery to product specific products in accordance with specs, instructions, measurements, or prototypes. A degree of skill, technique and mechanical knowledge is required.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Basic comfort with mechanical applications to become familiar with basic machine functions.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one or two step instructions.
- Ability to work independently or in teams while maintaining a favorable working relationship with other company employees.
- Ability to lift or move 25 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs.
