They re seeking a collaborative and customer-centric LEAD PRODUCT DEVELOPER to join their team.
About the Position:
As the Lead Product Developer, you'll spearhead the development of new and established insurance products. Your role involves close collaboration with stakeholders to deliver optimal insurance solutions to the market. You'll also serve as the go-to expert on product specifics for internal teams and members. Ample opportunities for career progression into management.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor s degree
- 7+ years of experience developing insurance products for P & C Specialty Lines; focus and expertise in product and underwriting
- Strong understanding of all aspects of underwriting execution of
- P &C Insurance products and underwriting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Leadership skills with the ability to influence and mentor colleagues.
- Knowledge of habitational or affordable housing market is a plus.
- Designations such as CPCU, AIC, AIS, etc. are a plus.
