Job Details: Contract to Hire Daylight $16 or more boe Workdays begin at 8am and end generally around 4-dependent on call volume. Duties/Responsibilities: Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for taxpayer calls (inbound and outbound) regarding inquiries about their accounts and/or taxes being collected Assist with other tasks to support the team, other business units, perform outbound calls, continue training, and increase professional development as required. Customer service provided in person or via the phone Utilize knowledge of tax types collected by Keystone Utilize knowledge of municipalities and school districts for which taxes are collected Ability to modify address changes and create new accounts Process payments for multiple tax types Ability to sufficiently memo the taxpayer service applications Expand job knowledge and develop expertise to progress forward in job development Office Key holder End of day bank deposits Demonstrated ability to listen and retain knowledge Ability to accurately and attentively complete detailed tasks Keep up to date regarding changes in daily responsibilities or job processes Education and Experience: High school graduate or have an equivalency certificate (GED) Associate's or bachelor's degree in related business major is a plus Previous customer service call center experience is preferred Any call center experience is highly desired. Additional Requirements: Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus Moderate computer skills Moderate level research Problem-solving/Reasoning Typing Speed- At least 40 Word Per Minute No time off within the first 10 days ( due to training schedule ) Business casual dress code including jeans and tennis shoes permitted.
