**The Impact Youll Make in this Role**
As a Temporary Warehouse Operator, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
* Operating powered industrial vehicles to fill customer and branch orders.
* Filling, packing and labeling orders per established procedures & customer requirements.
* Process orders and inventory paperwork according to established procedures.
* Assemble, verify and move orders to appropriate loading areas according to established procedures.
**Your Skills and Expertise**
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
* *High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution.*
* *Weekend work and working on Holidays as needed.*
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
* *Experience working in a manufacturing or distribution facility.*
* *You can choose one of the following work schedules:*
+ *Monday through Friday 2:30pm-6:30pm or 6:30pm-10:30pm*
+ *Tuesday through Friday 2:30pm-6:30pm & Sat 8:30am-12:30pm or 6:30pm-10:30pm & Sat 8:30am-12:30pm*
+ *Saturday & Sunday 6:30am-4:30pm*
+ *Sunday, Monday & Tuesday 10:30pm-6:30am*
+ *Monday & Tuesday 2:30pm12:30am*
+ *Monday, Tuesday &Wednesday 2:30pm 10:30pm*
+ *Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 2:30p-10:30pm*

This posting is for a Temporary Monday & Tuesday Warehouse position at 3M DeKalb. 3M anticipates that multiple openings for this position will occur over time. Qualified applicants may be considered as Temporary Monday & Tuesday Warehouse openings occur at 3M DeKalb and 3M will accept applications for up to 6 months from the posting date of this requisition.
