The Banquet Cook position is a working hourly position responsible for the proper preparation and execution of food items required for all banquet events, including breakfasts, luncheons, dinners and special parties. Line Cooks manage to prepare food and set up other necessary supplies. They make sure everything has been organized correctly before starting work. They use specialized kitchen tools to prepare essential ingredients and create a finished product for restaurants, to ensure a favorable dining experience for our guests.
