Overview
We are looking for a Recruiter I to join our Horse Cave team. A Recruiter I is responsible for building relationships with job seekers, managers and HR team members in order to support filling high-volume and entry-level recruiting initiatives. This individual will utilize multiple forms of technology, including job sites, phone calls, Applicant Tracking System, etc., in order to reach and attract top talent. This role provides full-cycle recruiting support including sourcing, interviewing, negotiating and closing positions.
Responsibilities
Essential Functions/Primary Responsibilities:
- Performs full cycle recruiting to support staffing for entry level roles.
- Recruits quality active and passive candidates using job boards, sourcing tools, social media and networking relationships.
- Screens candidates through phone interviews to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Collaborates with hiring managers to understand their specific recruitment needs.
- Coordinates and facilitates the interview process, providing support and guidance to both candidates and hiring managers.
- Manages candidate pipelines and maintains accurate records in our applicant tracking system.
- Continuously evaluates and recommends improvements to our recruitment processes to streamline efficiency and enhance the candidate's experience.
- Updates applicant tracking system as candidates move through the pipeline.
- Enters daily/weekly stats in our reporting system.
Qualifications Minimum Requirements:
- Highschool diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
- 1+ years' experience in recruiting or sales preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- ATS or iCIMS experience preferred
