Our goal is to help clients achieve financial security through strategic use of Indexed Universal Life (IUL) policies, rollover services, and annuities. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable individuals to join our team as Retirement Planning Consultants.
Job Summary:
As a Retirement Planning Consultant, you will play a critical role in guiding clients through their retirement planning journey. You will leverage your expertise in IULs, rollovers, and annuities to provide tailored financial solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation and Assessment:
Engage with clients to understand their retirement goals and financial situations.
Conduct thorough assessments to develop customized retirement plans.
Sales and Advisory:
Promote and sell IUL policies, annuities, and rollover services.
Provide expert advice on retirement planning options and strategies.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients.
Ensure regular communication to review and adjust retirement plans as needed.
Educational Workshops and Seminars:
Create informative materials to help clients make informed decisions.
Market Analysis and Prospecting:
Identify and target potential clients through networking and market research.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure all transactions and advice comply with relevant state and federal regulations.
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Proven experience in retirement planning, with a focus on IULs, annuities, and rollover services is preferred.
Demonstrated success in a sales or advisory role.
Skills:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of retirement planning strategies and financial products.
Familiarity with current market trends and regulatory requirements.
Licenses and Certifications:
Valid life and health insurance license is required.
Certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) are highly desirable.
