A few details about the role:
- Define and implement enterprise architecture frameworks and standards to ensure the scalability, security, and efficiency of technology systems across Lifespace.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of critical enterprise systems, including PCC, Sherpa, NetSuite, Workday etc. ensuring their seamless integration with consumer-facing digital technologies.
- Expertise in developing consumer facing applications across mobile, web, wearable and other emerging channels.
- Lead the development and deployment of scalable, secure, and high-performance software applications on PaaS and SaaS platforms for both enterprise and consumer use cases.
- Encourage the adoption of Agile methodologies and DevSecOps practices to accelerate development cycles and deliver value to both the business and its customers.
- Identify and implement RPA opportunities across Lifespace to automate repetitive tasks, reduce errors, and improve operational efficiency in both enterprise and consumer-facing processes.
- Explore and implement AI, Gen AI, and ML technologies to drive innovation, enhance customer experiences, and gain a competitive edge in both the enterprise and consumer markets.
And here s what you need to apply:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a proven track record of delivering successful technology initiatives across both enterprise and consumer domains.
- Deep understanding of enterprise architecture principles, cloud technologies, software development methodologies, AI/ML applications, and consumer technology trends.
- Proven experience in managing complex technology projects and budgets, with a focus on delivering value to both the business and its customers.
