Summary
The Asset Coordinator s primary responsibility is managing the flow of incoming content from creative teams, and ensuring creative assets are distributed to proper platforms, internal and external teams.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure all marketing and new product assets are uploaded proficiently and in a timely manner to all platforms (Sharepoint, Dropbox, Lucid ID, etc.)
- Manage organization of assets within Sharepoint and Dropbox
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to understand upcoming content needs
- Work with GDF Compliance Teams to ensure all published media and content is within the State s regulations
- Liaise with content writers to ensure brand consistency
- Optimize content according to SEO
- Manage content distribution to online channels and social media teams
- Stay up to date with digital trends, development and generate new ideas to enhance brand visibility and performance in markets
Minimum Qualifications
- College Degree
- Computer experience preferred
- 1+ years of experience working in industrial production is strongly preferred
- Experience working as a content or project manager is a plus
- Knowledgeable and experienced in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, MS Office, Squarespace, Wordpress, Social Media Platforms
- Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally.
- Must perform under high pressure situations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high stress situations
