Asset Coordinator

Summary

The Asset Coordinator s primary responsibility is managing the flow of incoming content from creative teams, and ensuring creative assets are distributed to proper platforms, internal and external teams.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure all marketing and new product assets are uploaded proficiently and in a timely manner to all platforms (Sharepoint, Dropbox, Lucid ID, etc.)
  • Manage organization of assets within Sharepoint and Dropbox
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to understand upcoming content needs
  • Work with GDF Compliance Teams to ensure all published media and content is within the State s regulations
  • Liaise with content writers to ensure brand consistency
  • Optimize content according to SEO
  • Manage content distribution to online channels and social media teams
  • Stay up to date with digital trends, development and generate new ideas to enhance brand visibility and performance in markets

Minimum Qualifications

  • College Degree
  • Computer experience preferred
  • 1+ years of experience working in industrial production is strongly preferred
  • Experience working as a content or project manager is a plus
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, MS Office, Squarespace, Wordpress, Social Media Platforms
  • Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally.
  • Must perform under high pressure situations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high stress situations
  • Self-Motivated
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to stay focused
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Must be a team player with a can do attitude
  • Available to work weekends and holidays as needed
