Provide information about campus services to campus community and visitors in person and via phone.

* Make copies for building staff and student organizations.

* Send and receive faxes.

* Scan documents for the Office of Student Involvement staff.

* Assist in physical set-ups for building spaces.

* Manage the Get Involved email account.

* Manage inventory of White Activities Center (WAC) front desk and The Dungeon.

* Rotate on-call duty for weekend concerns.

* Maintain WAC and Boilerhouse bulletin boards.

* Other duties as assigned.

Minimum:

* Enrolled as a student at North Central College and attending classes for the duration of the academic year.

* Available to work 10-15 hours/week when classes are in session, and flexible to work during the week and weekends and during business hours and evenings.

* Available to attend monthly staff meetings.

* Available to attend training sessions each term.

* Ability to communicate in a clear, professional, and friendly manner.

* Ability to deliver high-quality customer service at all times.

* Strong work ethic and time management skills.

* Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.

* Ability to exercise critical thinking skills and solve problems.

* Name and email of one reference, who must be either a North Central College faculty or staff member or a former teacher or employer at a previous position.
