The Operations team manages our worldwide distribution network and is responsible for authenticating our sneakers, fulfilling orders and ensuring on-time delivery to buyers. Through our technological innovation and logistical efficiency, you will join a team that prides itself on being the most trusted marketplace in the industry while shipping and processing tens of millions of products for our global buyers and sellers.Role OverviewAs an Inventory Lead you will be a vital member of a fast growing operation with the ability to impact massive change as part of our advanced Operations line-up. You must be a natural leader exhibiting organization skills and team oriented decisions to be a part of the Operations Team.In this role, you will:Lead, prioritize and execute daily tasks in conjunction with the Operations teamLead regular Cycle Counting process for inventory complianceComply with company inventory product storage standardsMeet and exceed company goals for inventory including metrics for counting, loss prevention, and all inventory complianceBe a pace setter for daily tasking to create a sense of urgencyWork hands on daily in each process as an pacesetter for the entire inventory teamTake responsibility for on hand products and their physical and systematic locationsTake initiative in resolving variances, identifying root causes, and reporting issuesTake responsibility in delivering commitments and positive resultsLead and reconcile receiving of bulk seller deliveriesBe flexible with other projects as they surface, fostering a team dynamic and can-do attitudeEnsure that the inventory team has support, knowledge, and resources necessary to complete tasksLead and influence the creation of new processes and methodsBe a resource for inventory processes, product, and order statusMaintain and create a positive and collaborative work environmentFacilitate and participate in all training on Inventory procedures and standardsTake risks, try new things, and be a natural problem solverWe are looking for :Strong background in maintaining a high volume of inventoryMinimum 3 years experience working in an inventory control setting sneaker industry is a plusExperienced in order fulfillment, fulfillment support, order picking and all inbound/outbound mechanismsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multitask and prioritizeProblem solver with accuracy and attention to detailFlexible schedule with ability to work evenings, weekends and holidaysSkilled in Google Docs, Excel, SQLMust be able to work while standing and walking and be able to lift up to 50 lbsStrong knowledge of the sneaker industry is a plusThe following statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
