Job Details
The Residential Support Worker also known as Child Care Staff shall have the responsibility for guidance and supervision of children who are placed at a community based residential group home:
1. Overseeing physical care of the home;
2. Development of acceptable habits and attitudes;
3. Management of resident behavior; and
4. Helping to meet the goals and objectives of their individualized service plan.
