Duties
The teacher is responsible to the Building Principal for: planning instructional lessons that meet the needs, interests and abilities of students; creating a classroom environment that is conducive to learning; and employing effective instructional techniques.
Qualifications
Applicants must hold the appropriate State of Illinois (PEL) Professional Educator License or a valid Illinois substitute teacher license.
Salary/Benefits
Daily sub rate for the first 20 days, after 20 days, pay becomes the daily rate for a 1st year teacher with a bachelor's degree.
Additional Notes
This is a long-term sub position that starts approx. Dec. 18 through the end of the school year.
