We are seeking a skilled and reliable Tool and Die Maker to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery, ensuring efficient and high-quality production.
Responsibilities
-A Tool & Die Maker III is expected to plan, design, construct, fabricate, modify, and repair tooling such as jigs, fixtures, gages, and dies
-Aligns and secures holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials onto machines
-Conduct regular inspections of tools and dies to ensure they meet specifications and maintain production quality
-Maintains industrial machines and applies knowledge of mechanics, shop mathematics, metal properties, layout, and machining procedures
Qualifications
-Sheet Metal Manufacturing background
-High-speed stamping OR aerospace/automotive experience
-5 years of experience
