What You'll be Doing:

* Maintaining attractive grounds area/s and athletic fields

* Maintaining and repairing irrigation systems

* Applying required pesticides

* Ensuring the availability of required equipment

* Maintaining grounds for assemblies, recreational activities and/or athletic events

* Ensuring assignments are completed in a safe, proper and timely manner

What We Offer:

* Salary: $24.49 per hour

What You'll Need:

* Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

* Experience: Job related experience is desired.

* Required Testing & Certificates/Licenses: Pre-employment physical, valid driver's license, pesticide certificate (preferred)

* Clearances: Fingerprint/Background

Work Environment

The usual and customary methods of performing the job's functions require the following physical demands: significant lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling, some climbing and balancing, significant stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling and significant fine finger dexterity. Generally the job requires 25% sitting, 50% walking, and 25% standing. The job is performed under minimal temperature variations and under conditions with some exposure to risk of injury and/or illness.
