Job Description Summary:
KISS Group is looking for a graphic designer who will contribute and assist in the packaging and graphic designs for Red Beauty products. The designer will be responsible for supporting the development of packaging design of Red Beauty's products such as Appliance and, Accessories and Apparel sold in the beauty supply and Southern American market. The designer will be working closely with the Marketing, Sales and Product Development team to define, solve, and implement creative solutions for product direction, visual, and experience. This position involves but is not limited to brand logotype creation, package design, advertisement, display, etc.
Job Description:
Provide support in developing strategic direction for packaging design projects, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and market trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative concepts and designs for packaging materials, considering both aesthetic appeal and functional requirements.
Utilize design elements such as shape, color, graphics, and typography to create visually appealing packaging solutions that effectively communicate brand identity.
Generate and manipulate graphics, including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photographs, to enhance the visual appeal of packaging materials.
Assist in the design of various marketing collateral, including show graphics, magazine advertisements, posters, displays, etc., to support offline sales efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Design or a related field
- Proficiency with design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Background knowledge and capability with typography, layout, and prototyping
- Knowledge of pre-production for photograph, preferred.
- Strong detail-oriented, time management, and organizational skills.
- Design and color sense a must
- A portfolio must be submitted for this position.

The anticipated compensation range is
19.25 - 36.55 USD Hourly
Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
