About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Sales with a strong background in API, Crypto, Remote, and Stablecoin. The successful candidate will be responsible for new business and partner acquisition, including prospecting, qualifying, and contract negotiation. They will also be tasked with identifying target clients and segments for the platform, generating new partnerships, and ensuring partner onboarding, management, and success. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, at least 5 years of experience in business development or a Head of Sales role, and a thorough understanding of the FinTech and stablecoin space. The ideal candidate will have detailed knowledge of the B2B discipline, experience in selling API solutions to affinity partners, and the ability to partner with the product team to drive the adoption of API features.In addition to the responsibilities mentioned, the Head of Sales will be expected to manage the sales team, achieve or surpass revenue targets, and negotiate business terms with strategic technology partners. The role demands a professional with a strong ability to close, project management experience, and the capacity to influence broadly across the organization. The candidate should be adept at building solutions that drive growth, combining industry knowledge with strategic thinking, and maintaining a customer-focused approach. Experience in full-cycle B2B sales, partnership management on live accounts, and third-party distribution channel management is essential. The Head of Sales will also be required to ensure that Selling Partner solutions comply with company standards and act as a technical liaison between B2B, service engineering teams, and business teams.
