Job Summary: As an Entry-Level Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibility is to ensure a positive customer experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.

Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and to the customer's satisfaction.

Document and update customer records based on interactions.

Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors as needed.

Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.

Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and composure.

Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, email).

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
