MAU is hiring a Plant Manager for our client in Quincy, IL. As a Plant Manager, you will lead day-to-day operations by overseeing production and engaging with the floor-level team to produce results. This is a direct-hire opportunity.

Required Education and Experience:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of relative management experience
- P&L experience
General Requirements:
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated strong leadership skills
- Proficient with MS Office Software including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent problem-solving skills
Preferred Requirements:
- Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering degree
- Lean Six-Sigma Belt
- Proven CAPEX project management
- Union experience
Essential Functions:
- Inspire and maintain a safety-first culture for all plant personnel
- Drive a site felt safe, quality always, and a high-performance team
- Lead, engage, and manage team using a servant leader mindset
- Lead workforce planning and capital project execution
- Actively manage the P&L, budget forecast, and financial stability of the site
- Strategically plan and problem-solve leveraging Operator experience
- Communicate internal and external metrics and seek out resources as needed
- Develop and maintain KPIs to monitor plant performance
- Develop and execute lean and flexible production systems based on lean manufacturing principles
- Manage labor agreements, negotiations, and reconciliations
- Perform other tasks as required
