Our client, a locally owned and family operated residential property management company, is looking for a Client Service Associate to join their team. They are committed to providing exceptional services to residential and office condominium communities throughout central North Carolina. The Client Service Associate plays a key part in supporting their clients and residents. We target candidates who demonstrate exceptional communication skills as well as a positive, helpful attitude. Excellent attention to detail as well as follow-up skills are essential.
Responsibilities include:
- Respond to homeowner inquiries.
- Answer calls and take messages.
- Vendor coordination.
- Provide support to the property manager.
Qualifications:
- High school degree and professional business experience required; bachelor s degree strongly preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn industry specific software.
Furthermore, we are looking for a bright, highly capable self-starter with a natural inclination toward client service. Someone who will thrive in a busy role and will be comfortable wearing multiple hats will be most successful in this position.
This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity located in Raleigh and paying $17/hr. In addition, our client offers great benefits upon permanent hire and growth potential exists for the right candidate.
