Role: 100% Remote Environmental Project Manager

As an industry-leading staffing agency, we are currently looking for a 100% remote Environmental Project Manager based in the USA to join our team. The candidate must meet the necessary qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities

Managing various projects from routing/siting to construction compliance.Directing resource teams on environmental studies and permit applications (e.g., FERC Section 7(C) and Third-party EIS documents).Coordinating with federal, state, and local agencies.Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, attorneys, and GIS analysts.Communicating with the public and stakeholders at hearings and meetings.Overseeing project scope, budget, schedule, and forecasting.Engaging in business development activities and attending industry conferences.Conducting field reviews and compliance inspections.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Planning, Geography, Environmental Science, or related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in environmental licensing and permitting of pipelines.Expertise in FERC regulations and federal environmental regulations.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

Professional certifications (optional).

Tools And Processes

Proficiency in MS Project, Teams for video meetings, and MS Dynamics for reporting and tracking.Participation in weekly team meetings, monthly department meetings, and quarterly division meetings.

Handling 4-7 small to mid-size projects ($25k to $100k each) and 2-3 large projects ($500k+ each).
