Customer Service responsibilities
**Job-Specific Expectations**
Greet customers in the service department.
Document and organize reservations of Service Department customers.
File, organize, and maintain all service records.
Serve as cashier in the department.
Have the ability to multi-task and handle more than one task at a time.
Document vehicle issues, route details, passenger counts, fuel intakes, and maintenance in respective logs.
Have expertise in handling the vehicle and should be able to do minor repairs and maintenance activities.
Conduct daily inspections and report any vehicle faults to management.
Be thoroughly aware of city roadways and efficiently read/interpret road maps.
Transport passengers and materials irrespective of weather, traffic and road conditions and be consistent with timings.
When assigned other duties, pursue and accomplish with excellency in mind.
