Customer Care Specialist - PM shift (1:30 pm - 9 pm)
Onsite - Summerlin, NV

Through an innovative approach and patient-centered care, we are revolutionizing the field of healthcare by providing patients with access to TMS treatment. We are seeking a Customer Care Specialist for our Summerlin, NV office. Your primary responsibility will be helping patients heal using TMS treatment.
Trigger Warning:Working with suicidal patients, listening to trauma from PTSD patients, and having a responsibility to support these patients may be triggering for some people.

Responsibilities - Be the face of Serenity Healthcare
- One on one coaching and commitment to patients during treatment
- Graduate Serenity's paid TMS training program
- Own outcomes of patient treatment
Qualifications - High School Diploma/ GED.
- Strong customer service mindset.
- Three years' work experience in customer service required
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and basic math skills.
- Well-versed in de-escalation skills and ability to connect with individuals.
