An AmLaw 100 firm is seeking a FULLY REMOTE-optional, reduced hours attorney with 3+ years of consumer finance litigation experience. This is a non-partnership track role, but a path to partnership is available if the attorney demonstrates high performance and desire to advance.
Cases will involve consumer finance issues such as consumer lending and fair credit reporting, payment processing, debt collection, background screening, fair housing, credit repair, auto finance, mortgage lending and servicing, and privacy laws, among other related areas.
Requirements:
-At least 3 years of experience in litigation involving consumer finance-related matters
-Licensed to practice law in Hawaii
Highlights:
-Base salary range: $120k -- $170k, DOE
-Bonuses: Eligible for bonuses after 1800 hours
-Fully remote optional
-Billables: 1800
